This free class is for families who are in the last months of pregnancy or have a baby up to 8 weeks old. In this class, led by a pediatric nurse and experienced mom, you’ll receive concrete advice and reassurance on the subjects you are, or soon will be, experiencing. In Baby 101, we cover feeding, including breastfeeding and formula, stooling, burping, sleeping, crying, diapering, car seats and, last but not least, taking care of yourself.
Class is held the third Saturday of each month at 10 am in the Well Waiting Room. Bring a pen and notepad if you’d like to take notes.
